Two decades building what Axycos is today

2004 โ€” First steps in BPO

Started building outsourced support operations in Tunis for French-speaking markets. Learned the fundamentals of what makes a great BPO engagement โ€” and what breaks one.

2010s โ€” Scale and specialisation

Built and managed multilingual support centers serving European tech companies. Grew to over 250 agents across voice, chat, email and back-office operations.

2024 โ€” Axycos is born

After selling the previous operation, we started Axycos with a clear focus: premium BPO for technology companies. No call center volume plays โ€” just deep, expert support partnerships.

Today โ€” Paris & Tunis
